Kenyatta Scott, the Founder & CEO of Let's Talk Incorporated, is a self-motivated and self-made entrepreneur. She holds a Masters Degree from Adler School of Professional Psychology in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2012) and attended College of DuPage for her Speech Language Pathology Assistant degree (2010). She also attended Yale University as an Early Childhood Education Fellow (2003) at the Yale Child Center for Child Development and Early Childhood Education. After working as an SLPA for 6 years in underserved communities, Kenyatta decided to expand upon her knowledge and education. This is what prompted her to open Let's Talk Incorporated (2016).


Let's Talk Incorporated is the vehicle where Kenyatta Scott operates as a Speech Therapy Consultant, servicing all ages and levels of speech therapy development in the greater Chicagoland area. She is also a child advocate, mentor, and motivational speaker. Her previous motivational speaking platforms are on parent education, building self-esteem within youth, and sex education. She also works with faith based organizations where she advocates for celibacy. Additionally, after finding a love for international travel in 2012, Kenyatta also recognized a need within the African-American community for more exposure, encouraging everyone to expand outside of their comfort zone, travel the world, and experience different cultures.


Kenyatta Scott is a Children's Book Author. She started her first series, The Violet Series (2016), with her first book, "Violet Finds A Dollar" set to debut Oct 2017. This is a morally based Children's Book Series that will follow the life and adventures of Violet. 

In November 2017, Kenyatta received the 40 Under 40 Young Women’s Professional League award which honors emerging leaders in Chicago.
